"Came in for dinner. Should of walked back out after looking at the very limited menu choices. Prices were very expensive for brown fried rice only choice along with the pineapple chicken. Also had the pineapple shrimp which was just OK for 31 dollars and not even offered an egg roll or any tea. Like I said I don't understand why our menu so so limited only due to making money. I would not recommend this place unless you could food like listed on the lunch menu. A dinner for the 2 of us along with 1 take out of dried sesame chicken costs 78 dollars that was not even including the tip. I could have had a better meal and got what I wanted down the street. It would been priced reasonable and would of enjoyed it even more. Sorry but there was nothing ROYAL about this place."

"There were 10 of us for dinner. The waitress was very very slow, kind but completely non attentive! It took over an hour to even take our orders. The place was nearly empty. I had to ask 3 times for my coffee! When the food did arrive, it was mediocre! When we finally got our checks, the waiter in training, asked her how we’d know that 22% tip was automatically added to our bill! That’s when she said, it was in Chinese, and was automatically added. Definitely NOT COOL! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!"

"Nice space in an interesting building, a lot of posters and plaques hung up around the room showing that this spot was voted "Best of Rochester" for something like 17 years. Not since 2020, though. Egg rolls and crunchy table noodles were an okay start, with potent hot mustard and duck sauce. The dinner entrees were overpriced and dry. Mushu chicken featured a thick, grainy plum sauce. Singapore noodles were very dry and powdery, seems like a heavy hand with the curry powder. Asked for Sriracha, got chili oil, which had a good amount of kick but kind of an off flavor. The server was very friendly. Food took quite a while. Shows $10-20 on the listing but most dinner items were $20+. Not the worst dining experience ever, but there are many better alternatives around Rochester who charge far less for better food. Men's room was clean and didn't smell too bad."

"We have been dining at the Dynasty for decades, long before the move to a new building. The family is wonderful, always looking to please customers and always cleaning, cleaning and cleaning. It's our go-to Asian cuisine restaurant. We are grateful that C19 didn't do them in. I won't recommend a particular dish because they are all EXCELLENT. Be certain to try their hot and sour soup."
