"Very disappointed in how our take out order issues were handled. We order a steak and shrimp dinner, it came without shrimp...and a chicken chop salad which came without the chicken. We called and spoke to the shift manager that evening and he said he would need to pass on this issue to the store manager who would call us back. 2 weeks have gone by, no call and no real way to resolve that we paid for the meals that were not complete. We will be hard-pressed to do takeout or visit this location again. Please empower your people to make things right for your guests when honest mistakes happen."

"Went on New Years Eve. They do a little countdown with balloons for the kids. So few places do anything anymore so it was a great place to take our daughter. Food was as ordered. I tried the Detroit style pizza and it was really good. Crab dip was better than I expected as well. Glad there's still an Unos left in greater Rochester somewhere!"

"Understaffed the day the four of us came, either from call ins or lack of new hires, so the wait time was very long. Pizza came out undercooked, manager took care of it right away and resolved the issue, however my girlfriend got food poisoning from the shrimp and is at outpatient as I type this. Uno has to do better"
