McDonald's

"They have all the drive thru cars pull up into parking spaces, then come and bring orders out in bulk. This means you are waiting for an extended period of time for them to finish multiple orders instead of just yours. They have made me pull up for just a frappe. After waiting 5+mins, I went in and got my money back. Since they bring multiple orders at once, sometimes you get your food, sometimes you get another cars food. It's really a toss up. Then you get to have fun fighting traffic as all the cars try to leave at the same time."

"If I could give it a zero I would constant wrong orders, being pulled forward and waiting and extremely rude staff. The worst part watching the staff bring wrong order to one car and bringing it to the correct car right after they looked through the bag."

"Consistently incompetent. They don't listen to what you say and you have to repeat everything step by step. They seem stumped by simple things like a meal #. They will turn their back to the drive in window and you have to wait as they play on their phone. You are frequently told to pull forward or wait in a parking spot as they take forever to get an order. (By the way they have you move out of the drive in so they can close the order and then their service time metrics never show just how long it took). Then eventually someone comes outside and swings your bag through the window and gets away fast. The order will be missing something so you have to go in but the line is long because nobody is taking orders. When you finally get to say what is missing they ask "Is that all you want? Then they fill the full orders ahead of you rather than just giving you the missing item. Then they slap the bag on the counter, turn and run, they are only fast when they are avoiding interaction. 85% of orders are wrong when you get the bag, 95% of visits involve you correcting their mistake at time of order and every order is a mess, underfilled or poorly cooked. These people do not deserve their current pay, much less $20/hr. Please bring on the robot workers."

"Rude staff and always mess something up.. weather its raw bacon, burnt buns, super old food you can expect something wrong. Ik its cheap food but you should at least get something edible. Screw this place and their miserable employees. What goes around comes around"

"Went to McDonald's in Baytowne-take a look at our nuggets. Somebody had already been eating them...?! Open sauce and certainly not a ten piece...and cold to the touch! This is disgusting we are mortified and know leaving this review is a waste of time. Plenty of issues at this place. Our Big Mac had a beef patty outside of the sandwich when the box was opened and the rest of it was just thrown together. Pricing does not equate to the lack of quality. It's like throwing money down the toilet. Lack of care and everything else for that matter. All done with this place. Will drive up to East Ave if ever wanting to give McDonald's another go around."
