"I've gotten pizza here a few times and the most recent time was disappointing. The pizza seemed bland and had a not good texture. The dough seemed tough and hard to bite into and it is not well seasoned. I got a large cheese pizza, so I'm questioning whether they did not make it fresh and just used one of their premade pies that they use for slices. Anyways, hopefully that was just a fluke. I got the same pizza a few weeks ago and it was fine. I don't know what changed. Now I've got a bunch of subpar pizza leftovers to eat..."

"Service is garbage! I've only had the food once which was not very good but I was willing to try it again however they clearly don't care. I've tried multiple times to order and they either put you on hold until they're no longer accepting orders, or they send you the doordash which states they're "closed" - when you call them back again, they basically say "oh well, too bad" I wouldn't even be trying again if Carl from Carl's Pizza Kitchen didn't say it was worth it but I'm done trying!! Getting a pizza in Webster is becoming a joke!!!! It's Friday night and I've been trying since 6:30. It is now 7:45 and of course they're genuinely NOT taking orders. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. And downright ridiculous."

"Edited 10/30/19: 4 stars to 3 stars: The last two times I went in to get a slice, 4 days ago and tonight, it wasn'tnt busy, and I was told my slice and 9 piece wings, well-done, would be ready in 15-20 minutes. It was 35 minutes before my order was ready. This happened the last time I went in for a slice. I'm not sure why there is such a loss in time, and if it continues, they will no longer be my go-to pizza place. rjrnj1 Original review: They have slices that are equal to two slices in reality. And I always get them well done so the crust is nice and crispy. I also think they have the most plump chicken wings of any pizza place around (not including Timothy Patrick's, whose wings are massive). The staff is friendly and I love how committed they are to cleanliness. It's a great place to grab a bite."
