Both Amy the office manger and the respiratory therapist who I met with on my appointment date were wonderful. Any question I had, they answered completely without needing to reference any manual or make additional calls to get an answer. I was most impressed with absolutely every single form being pre-filled out before I arrived, (reducing the time I needed to spend there) the machine itself was ready to go and they went beyond what most companies will do to keep you as a customer. I will be a customer here for quite a long time and I recommend this CPAP and home care store (durable medical equipment) and supplies a wonderful place to get the products you need as well as the answers you deserve. They get an A+ from me. Try them for yourself. You will not be disappointed."

"I needed to be set up with a CPAP as a first-time user and couldn’t have had a more thorough experience with the respiratory specialist, Tim. First, I was beyond thrilled that they were open on a Saturday. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and had to wait 30 minutes to be seen but there was comfortable seating and literature to keep me occupied. They were extremely apologetic and acknowledged my patience with them for having to wait. Tim explained everything and even answered questions I hadn’t thought to ask. He set up the machine and did a mask test so I could feel and understand how to use it. I also love all the helpful resources in the folder they provided as well as the text and email updates for reminders on when to change the parts. I will definitely continue to use YourCare and recommend them to others."
