"The worst. Ordered a custom cake after much research and discussion with staff. After $590, the cake was sloppily made and looked like a children’s art project. Sent an email to complain and was told they stand by their terrible work and offered me $25. If I could give them less than 1 star I would."
"Got our Too Good To Go surprise bag last night. A dozen assorted donuts and other stuff plus two loaves of bread, one with sesame seeds and one plain. Just great."
"I went to this place for something swweeeet! I really wanted to get a donut but my stomach started talking to me and said hey Mike leave the donut and take the cannoli! The lady behind the counter suggested the cannoli filled donut. I looked at her in disbelief and said " a cannoli filled donut Shirley you can't be serious " she said" I am serious and don't call me Shirley "! I said ok bought 2 and the rest was history! The cannoli cream with the chocolate frosting and the flavor of the donut all came together very nicely and tasted delicious! But I wanted to save the other one for tomorrow. To make sure my other donut is safe tonight theres only one place to keep it, under my pillow! And if anyone in my house gets sticky fingers I'll be sleeping with one eye open! Sweet Surrender Bake House and staff are awesome go there and get something swweeeet!!!"
