"Went in for munchkins for my daughter ,waited a few mins no one was at the front until I had to call then he came out looking upset that I “bothered’ him ,unfriendly service I also got a bagel ,horrible not going back there !! Place is very untidy"

"The man who works here , maybe the owner and woman with glasses making the coffee are so rude! i ordered an iced latte and there were 4 icecubes in it, my drink was so warm when i politely asked them for a cup of ice bc my drink was still warm they said hold on and rolled their eyes, 5 min later i asked again and was told i needed to pay $1.09 for the cup of "extra ice" but they never even put the regular amount of ice in my coffee . rude, and coffee was garbage."
