"I came in this morning and went to go pick up my mobile order. Barbara one of the woman who work there was standing at the mobile order pick up area and just Stared me Down. I said good morning to her very politely to her response was her looking at me and walking away. Originally, I thought maybe she didn’t hear me, but then the person next to me said good morning, and she was the most cheerful person ever. This is not the first time I’ve had this interaction with her She’s always been a very rude employee since I’ve been coming to this Starbucks. It’s unfortunate that no matter what shift this woman works. She’s always miserable."

"Ordered a cappuccino. It had only foam and no coffee! Both the young ladies when laughing whip trying to convince me that is supposed to be that way! They finally made me another one that took them about 30 seconds! It was the same! I just left . It wasn’t worth it! The place was a mess and the music was pumping loud! All this as they were taking selfies! Never coming back again."

"Stopped by for a quick bite and wake-up juice before heading to the Yankees game. Both the food and coffee were prepared well. There was a small line when we got here but was moved on quickly by the staff. The workers were friendly, and the atmosphere was chill. I would definitely recommend the location."

"Employee Noah and John Customer service was very rude , I asked John could he just throw something out for me , he said no I don’t throw things away that’s not my job , then proceeded to speak about the situation with Noah. I understand you throwing things out “not apart of the job description” But being apart of customer service is catering to the customer along with tone adjustment. Unfortunately I feel comfortable with not returning to this particular branch"

"Great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, latte or frappuccino. Moderate prices. Ambiance here is nice. Cozy environment and the staff are ready and available. The baristas are usually very friendly. They will prepare your order carefully according to your specific preferences. The tables and chairs are clean and easily accessible. Many seasonal drinks to choose from as well. The bakery section includes individual lemon cake loaves, banana walnut loaves, chocolate chip cookies, various cake pops, croissants and bagels. The Cafe itself is located within a small strip of stores in the King Kullen shopping center. Busy parking lot. Take notice and practice defensive driving here. This Cafe is located on the far end of the shopping center; farthest from the King Kullen supermarket."
