"My son ordered 3 items in the drive through. When he got home he had 2 of our items and someone else’s drink. So one of us did not get what we ordered. I am sure it was a simple mix up of the drinks…but it shouldn’t be that hard to hand the customers the correct drinks."
"The music in this location is obnoxiously loud all the time. Hard to carry a conversation Here at this location again and clearly the feedback provided doesn’t matter to leadership at Starbucks. The music is extremely loud. I don’t know how the staff here thinks that is acceptable. Update: Visited again 2/27/24. Music is still obnoxiously loud. Starbucks are you listening?
