"STAY AWAY. worst experience shopping over there. The “manager” was outside for almost 7 minutes, the only person attending was the security guy. When the sales guy came he said hello then he just disappeared for another 5 minutes, there was a lady who worked there when I asked a question she just said oh I am confused.when I was leaving I said “terrible service” then this manager came and followed me to the door asking me rudely why i said terrible service. I feel feel bad for the owners of this store putting their money, their store in those employees"

"I had a WONDERFUL experience shopping @ the Hugo Boss store at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City! Daniel, the Asst. Manager, as well as Suleman a sales associate, helped me out tremendously by showing me exactly what I wanted. They were very hospitable, helpful, and patient with me, and delivered a shopping experience that I will not forget. The clothing/brand speaks for itself with it’s great quality, but I’m thankful that it was supplemented with great customer service from them. Shop at BOSS at Roosevelt Field Mall, and ask for Daniel. They will take care of you!"

"This store has bad reviews for a reason. I called to ask how I can get a new battery and a new band for my Hugo Boss watch. I was told it has to go to a Movado store and they don’t know how to get a new band. When I expressed my disappointment in not understanding how they don’t know to get a new band, the employee continued to talk over me. Don’t even bother, it’s a waste of time here."

"I walked into Hugo Boss at Roosevelt Field Mall today 6/16/13 at 11:30 am to buy a gift for my husband for fathers day. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone, there was a young blonde employee in the front and I noticed the manager who walked by me three times without acknowledging me. I stood by the men shirts on the back for almost five minutes without anyone coming to to me and asking if I needed any help. I finally reached out to a young man named Jonathan and complained to him about my dissatisfaction and poor service. He immediately apologized and he went above and beyond to try and meet all of my expectations. To my disappointment the manager tried to make up for what she had done by trying to be pleasant towards the end, but she never apologized for her poor customer service. Customer service to me as a customer is extremely important and especially when walking into a high end and very reputable store like Hugo Boss and unfortunately I did not experience that today. I will not be shopping there again."
