"Access to and from this Shop Rite location is terribly inconvenient. There is no signage as to where things are located as far as redemption for bottle deposits, entrance to and from the parking area, what direction to go for LIE vs Motor Parkway or Commack Road. I always find myself frustrated when I patronize this location. Maintain your bottle redemption area, provide more machines that take both bottles AND cans like the Shop Rite location in Hauppauge."
"Staff was very friendly. Sales associate showed me how to use the digital coupon savings through the tablet she was helping me with and I was able to save. People are not just friendly but very patient and know very well how to work with the customers. At the cashier line both the cashier and the person bagging my stuff were especially very helpful when I had my hands full and needed extra help bagging my groceries."
"It was my first time ever in Commack. This supermarket is by far THE BEST fresh place ever. Cold cuts was fresh and bakery is outstanding. Scooters are all charged up, Every Shelf was stocked and great prices. My cart was full of groceries and I only spent 300 bucks. However, at least it was better then regular supermarket. This Shop rite is BIGGER then others. You won't be disappointed."
