"Went to get my phone screen fixed and was screwed over by this place. They said they could fix it, gave me the "best screen on the market" but when I went to pick up the phone, the screen was so pixelated, you could compare the quality to a 90's TV screen. This shop either switched the boxes, since they showed us the box was an 'OLED screen', or butchered the install. Not only is the screen pixelated but there are stripes running through the screen when its on and when the brightness changes the colors are very off.-- I don't believe they calibrated the new screen with the light sensor properly or at all. Should have known better, when I went to pick up the phone after repairs, there was another angry."

"Pretty horrible experience here. Had a broken s22 screen. Went in, they said they could fix it that day, flash forward to almost 3 days later, I finally get my phone back and the screen only lasted a few short weeks before it was completely unusable again. It wasn't dropped, abused, crushed, or shocked - it simply stopped working while I was using it. - For anybody wondering, it was not a phone issue; it was a SCREEN issue. There was a hairline crack on the screen along the seam that caused the whole phone to flash, half the screen to completely cut out, and all touch settings becoming unresponsive. $300 wasted at this place. I ended up having to buy a new phone. Apparently, the screens that this place uses to replace factory screens are sub-par. 0/0. Would not recommend."

"My old iPhone 8 had a cracked screen that I could no longer see anything ..‘it was a black screen and since it was so old, I assumed it was now completely garbage. My friend recommended this store to me. Went there figuring they were just gonna laugh at me and say it was a waste of time and money. But to my surprise the store employee Handan said she was able to fix it. And within minutes Handan had my phone fixed and better than before. In the future I will be coming here with any phone issues and would recommend them immediately, especially Handan. She is the sweetest, Smartest, quickest and most helpful! I walked in after I spent three hours waiting at the Apple Store for an appointment, and listening to such ridiculous pricing. I decided to google what else I can do to save time and money, so I came across locally here in Commack the Ifix screens location, The person here was super professional and definitely an expert!, he knew it all and fixed my screen for my iPhone like new.
