"A male manager was unhelpful & unfriendly. Did not seem to care to train other employees on return & repurchase. I was able to do same transaction at home goods (same company as Marshalls) but for some reason, the manager did not even want to try helping. Store seemed unorganized compared to other Marshalls I’ve been to."
