"Ordered a washer and dryer. Service techs came with materials that didn't fit my setup and said Lowe's ordered me the wrong part. They refused to take it back on my behalf. When I went to return it it was over the 90 day return policy and they refused to take it back. I didn't even need this part in the first place. Go to a different hardware store."

"For your everyday repair, maintenance, and upgrade needs. Many holiday sales are still ongoing. Especially, in my favorite, the tool section. Cordless tools are buy 1 get 1 free, some u get 2 free. Fully stocked with holiday decor items for last minute additions. Service was excellent and staff was available to assist."
