"Good luck trying to get this store to answer the phone I tried calling the Sephora for an item in stock. Tried calling for 30 mins customer service hangs up and the workers at Sephora don’t answer the phone."

"Had a miserable experience with someone who was basically a peon with some level of authority. She has no idea of what “customer service” should look like. It will cost Kohl’s a long-standing customer. I e-mailed the store manager, no reply. Clearly the lack of customer care starts at the top. We’re done with Kohl’s. If they ever wonder why people prefer online shopping, here’s a great reason."
