"I ordered dinner online more than an hour before they closed and when I got to the door, it seemed like it was closed. I was worried that I bought food online for no reason. Yet, I noticed an employee sitting in the back, on his phone. I called the number, asked them if they were still opened, and he seemed annoyed with me and “told me to come to the front” when i was at the front and clearly being ignored by the employee on his phone. I did notice that the door was actually open (which was my fault) but it was hard to budge. When I entered, the employee on his phone didn’t greet me or look up. I understand that they were trying to leave in an hour when I got there. But I also was going to be in and out for a second since I placed a pick up order. At the very least, have some manners or help me open the door. I hope no one else experiences this customer service because it makes me never want to step in here again."
"Never ordering here again. I ordered a roasted Turkey wrap curbside and when I returned to wish I noticed I received a tuna wrap. Disgusting. I called the store number but it’s not even working."
"The staff could be polite and attentive. The other problem is since when half a cheese is a whole slice. They had gotten cheap. Once a pond a time they used help you or tell you by combining this with that you can save money. I felt cheated when I realized I could of had a drink and chips for the same amount."
