"I can't say enough good things about my Carmen's experience!! By my 3rd. call for pick up, Andy was answering with a very friendly Hi Marcy!! ! That just sets the stage. I have been immobile for over two months, and I think I might have starved without Carmine's! The food is wonderful, the prices are on point, and the attitude is genuine! I've turned a lot of people on to you, and I haven't even walked through the doors myself yet!! I will though!"

I think the owners knew everyone else's name when they walked in, so that's definitely a good sign. The patata rellena and empanadas were really excellent. Can't recommend it enough."
"I cannot say enough good things about Carmen’s. I’d give them a thousand stars if I could. The empanadillas are phenomenal, but the real shining star here is their desserts. I loved the flan, but the bread pudding blew my mind. It’s delicious. All the employees are very kind and thoughtful, and just a joy to interact with. They clearly take pride in their work and have a passion for the food they make. Carmen’s is an absolute must-visit in Rochester - and go on Thursday for the bread pudding!!"
