"Thank you Wendy's at 3050 Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14623 for finally making me stop going out for any fast food! No more will I spend $23 thinking that I will take a break and feed myself quick and easy as it is always a disappointment. Why would anyone spend such money to get a wrong order luke warm sandwiches and actual COLD french fries. Why???? There is absolutely NO Reason for anyone to so. For $23 I can buy everything I need to eat bugers for severals days, and make them just the way I like them without leaving the comforts of home and wasting time and gas. As someone that use to cook for a living, there is simply no excuse. Stay home people, stock up, plan ahead and save money and satisfy yourself, while trusting your own food source and knowing it was made with care. See how much money you save and how much less you complain. I know I'm done!"

"Staff were really nice. Food was what you'd expect from a Wendy's. Haven't had any problems with them forgetting anything in my order. I wouldn't recommend going to often but sometimes you get a craving for a baconator."
"They messed up my order went back yo have it fix and the lady was rude and seemed annoyed because I ask for it to be fixed first time they made it wrong again. Told them about it and ended up with cold cheese and bacon on my crispy chicken BLT sandwich. Just rude. Overall will not go there on my lunch any more, they were rude and unprofessional"
"Yesterday was Saturday January 21 2023. I went to east avenue and Winton Rd Wendy the one in the corner .. never again going .I order a biggie bag a chicken blt. I got a bunch of burn bacon in top of each other like if they drop a bunch of burn Bacon.I think the whole food was spoiled and not tasty . The nuggets I bite was the worse. Is taste bad and old I through it out . The fries are refried disgusting I think this is the last straw . I ain't going back .Wendy you Lose a good customer y'all need better worker that care about people order is ."
