"On Saturday 2, 2023 I visited the King and Queen accompanied by my friend. When we entered, we waited at the door because there was a fight inside King and Queen Cantina. When we already had the opportunity to enter, I sat quietly in a corner to have a fun time. My friend was talking while I ordered a drink and a Juca. Around 12:10 am I went to the bathroom and left my Juca on the table where I was sitting (obviously I was not going to take it with me to the bathroom, it could cause an accident or burn someone unexpectedly) When I return, my friend told me that a woman sat at the table and turned the Juca on top of our things and that she had to tell the woman to get out of my chair. I talked to the guy who was at the register, I asked him if he was going to give me another Juca because obviously not even 25 minutes had passed since I had paid the Juca and it was almost unused. The men answered me that it is not his problem and that I must keep an eye on the Juca. I asked him, "Can you call the owner" and this person yelled at me "I AM THE OWNER" I replied telling him. "So, you are telling me that you are not going to replace my Juca or give me my money back?" I told him. "It's not the first time I've come here and I sit down for a moment, I don't have problems with anyone and I don't bother anyone" What you are doing is unfair" The owner got angry because I was telling him these things and I call security and they escort me to the exit embarrassing me in front of everyone. I did not speak badly or disrespect him at all. At the door, the security was screaming at me like I was a horrible person " YOUUU GET OOUUTTT.” He was disrespectful. It is not the first time that I have been to this place to have an enjoyable time. About half an hour before I go to the smoking area and there was a man laughing and making fun of the fact that he had fought with someone and that they took him out, but they did not take him out. (It was the same fight that took place when my friend and I waited at the door before entering) So the people who do this type of violence can enter and disrespect this business, but I cannot plead for my money, which it was not my fault. This man treated me in a rude and shameful way. I will act on the matter."

"On a Saturday night it took 45 minutes to get a drink all night had 3 drinks which again took 45 minutes about each time to be served.Nixe place atmosphere good but service terrible they have no system to run efficiently and everyone happy. Also, we paid for extra drinks ahead of which never got as it took so long to receive, so we got cheated out of a 20 dollar drink."

"As a restaurant... disappointing. Food: taste lacked flavor. I ordered the Birria Tacos as the server recommended it over the Chicken tacos and out of 4 tacos my friend only ate 1. I ate all as I was hungry hut will not be returning for food. Service: slow. Friend waited about 40 mins when she ordered before me. Had to ask and wait for napkins and other items. Server says she's the only waitress working - sounds like a management concern. As a bar, it seems fine. More of a laid back, hang out spot. Not much dancing. Group of 8 people who order drinks, food, and hookah. Would have purchased more but with some missing menu items, slow service, and average food, we just decided to not waste the $. Hard to recommend"
