"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Chipotle today. Despite ordering my food for pick up via the app during my lunch break, someone else took my food off the pickup shelf. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I firmly believe that Chipotle needs to implement a better procedure to ensure that this does not happen again. Although my bowl was eventually remade, I am still beyond angry that I had to experience such treatment at a restaurant that I frequently visit."
"If it weren't for the convenience of this location I wouldn't come here at all. The staff lacks professionalism and the restaurant is always dirty. Whenever I ordered in person my bowl would be overflowing with food. They'd pack it so much I thought it ruined the whole presentation of the meal but even worse than that when I ordered over Grubhub this weekend the bowl I received was so empty. There was barely any rice or meat and the vegetables were drowned in queso. To top everything off there was a HAIR in the food. It was disgusting I couldn't even eat it and I got a full refund for the meal. The chips were also stale and soggy. I think I've been disappointed enough by this location. I don't see myself ordering from here again. It just isn't worth it."
"Amazing ingredients and big enough portions that you could split a meal with a friend. Nice outdoor area for sitting and directly next to a Starbucks for a one-two combo. Service is friendly and fast. The prices are reasonable but not cheap. Cove heard the chicken at this location is better than most but barbacoa all the way for me!"
