"Went on my break from work to have lunch and when I left the employees were talking about me saying that I should be in school mind you I am I’m my 20s.. not a minor… unprofessional and not to mention while I was sitting down having my lunch the employees/manager was being obnoxiously loud shouting at each other… never again"

"Waited 30min in line extremely slow I think it's done on purpose to get people not to come through the drive through because they're lazy. It's difficult because I love tacobell just need to go to a different location. Still month later this location is terrible. I can train orangutans to take my order more accurately. I don't why I trust them to get my order correct when each time they mess it up."

"Awful service waited for 15 mins no one attended to anyone in front line just kept being told just look at the menu. 3 people left before me. She was doing a lot of talking about her personal life. While ONLY attending to drive thru. This was 9/27/23 at 1 pm. Just awful this is my routine drive thru i dont go in usually but i wont be spending anymore money at this location. Awful service"

"We placed an online order at 6:15pm for dinner. I went to pick it up & it literally took an hour to get our food. I pressed, "Cancel Order" numerous times but it said, "unable to cancel order" every time. I ordered it for something quick to feed the family but everyone ended up hungry until 7:25pm. It's not a good pick for the kids so we're better off not ordering taco bell again. If anyone reading this does plan to order here, I suggest you order from the kiosk or at the counter. I noticed those who did that got their food faster than any grub hub or mobile orders. I won't be ordering again, thats for sure."

"Haven't been to Taco Bell in many years. Stopped by at the store on E. Ridge road. Doesn't seem like I missed much. Had the barrito supreme, not as good as it sounds. Extremely understaffed, tables extremely dirty, definitely a cluster performance by the staff. As for the burrito supreme itself, I don't know how they could call this a burrito supreme. Most of the filling fell out as I unwrapped it before I even had a chance to eat it. The writing on the menu board was so small it was hard to read. Especially because my vision is not all that great at distances. It's a shame too because Taco Bell used to be one of my favorites. I definitely will not be back, I'll put Taco Bell in the same category as McDonalds. Not on my list. My quest for the perfect fast food joint is still not happening. It seems that most of the iconic ones in the past are now the ones that are struggling to keep up a good image. As for recommending any dishes here at Taco Bell, I would recommend going to Wendy's for Burger King, anywhere but a Taco Bell. 6/25/23 UPDATE from last visit. Received a reply from Syracuse about the Taco Bell situation. Said they wanted to make things right, and wanted my contact information, and somebody would be getting in touch with me. I sent an email to them at the email address they suggested. Absolutely nothing from them since then. I'm wondering if the answer that they gave online was to appease the situation and make it look like, for others, that something would be done about the situation. It's not really a big issue to me I guess because I don't plan on stopping at a Taco Bell again in the future. No need for Taco Bell to reply now. I'll close this chapter here. My biggest reason for replying this time with an update is to let the public know that just because a company contacts someone about a problem, doesn't mean that they are doing anything about it. Thank you, and God Bless you. 7/4/23 - update for Taco Bell on East Ridge Road. I do have to be fair, let people know the Taco Bell finally did reach out to me. The apologize for the situation at the Taco Bell on East Ridge Road, next to skyview mall, which is now closed. They also sent me a $10 gift card for my troubles. I do accept their apology, but still do not feel that I will be returning to that store anytime soon. I may or may not try another Taco Bell. If I do not I will be giving the $10 gift card to someone else."
