"This place is a joke. Got Greek chicken salad came in a square container with just one of the 3 section with salad a small hand full not a bowl forgot peppers and onions, olives, hot peppers and dill sauce. Can’t get any worse than this,they just don’t care. Will never go back to this hole. Lame people."

"Came in today to try it out for the first time. Greeted with smiles and friendly service. The food was fantastic! I recommend the Lamb Gyro. Had the Falafel Rice Bowl as well, also very tasty! Definitely found my new chow spot!"

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant & I didn’t even get the food. I walked in and was met with silence while manager walked back and forth doing whatever he was doing. It took at least 3-5 minutes for him to even acknowledge my presence let alone take a minute to take my order or have someone else do it…. By the time he even addressed me, he didn’t even take my order initially, he assured me that when someone did come take my order my food “would only take 2 minutes to prepare”. It took another 5 or so minutes for him to stop and take my order which I felt rushed in doing. I should have known to just leave as the customer service was already subpar but I tried to be patient as I was interested in trying the food. I spent $50 for food for myself and my coworkers and again after ordering was told it would be just a couple of minutes…The manager soon disappeared in the back and a flood of more people came in including a women who ordered online and told the lovely young lady (who was told to stop preparing food to go to the register) that she ordered over 30 minutes ago and was told it would be ready, which it wasn’t …… soon after another young lady (who was also very nice and I don’t blame them) came out and told everyone that any orders that had just been taken would take 10-20 minutes (including my “2 minutes to prepare” order and the order the lady preordered and was told would be ready)…… I waited about 15 more minutes before I asked for the manager who I was told left!… I asked for a refund and the young ladies let me know they didn’t know how to do it… I asked them to call him because I had to get back to work…. They called and on the call I could over hear him on the phone blaming the young lady who called to help me!!! … I was told to leave my phone number for a refund and that the manager would call me immediately about the status… I had to come back after work a few hours later because I got no call or refund notification. The manager was still gone and the young lady had to call him AGAIN for him to tell her, to tell me that he had issued a refund and had to ask upper management to do it because “he didn’t know how either”. I don’t even know how the food is and never will because the customer service made me NEVER want to come and try again…and it was all management. The 2 young ladies were very polite and tried their best to remedy the situation but were left to deal with the issues the manager left."

"I really wish I had a better experience here but unfortunately I came for a pickup order and they didn’t have it ready on time. I understand being backed up but not having any food prepared for incoming orders during the lunch rush doesn’t make sense to me. I really hope other customers have a better experience than I did."

"I was pleasantly surprised it's been open for awhile and I never see many people in there so I was thinking it must not be that good. I finally decided to try it out and I must say the food was really good I got the yiro's sandwich and I must say they put a generous amount of meat on it and it was delicious, I also got the hand cut French fries they were also very good although next time I would ask them to lightly salt them. I would definitely recommend this place and am looking forward to going back there."
