"Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone responding and then when I got to the window omw car was ahead of us from when we pulled up! The person was waiting so long we ended up leaving the place wasn't busy at alllll yet wait times like that are ridiculous! Not going here again"
"Ordered on the app, checked in at a booth, waited for 35 minutes and got nothing. Went to the drive thru instead, waited for 25 more minutes and finally got my food. Worst of all, my food was already made, just not given to me quickly. (My drink had ice, and it had all melted, and my food was cold) It should not take this long for service!! Severely understaffed. Do not go here for your lunch break."
"Food was terrible and small. Paid 21 bucks for a few popcorn chicken, a couple of drinks and a bone thin kids meal. There was one worker there. There's always ... one worker there... And while she did a good job trying to get a million things done, the manager should know that one person can't do it alone. Drove up to the outdoor ordering area and pressed the button 3 times in 20 minutes only to have to drive up to the drive thru because nobody answered. Waited in the drive thru another 20 minutes. This isn't the first time this has happened and I'll never return."
"Waited for 15 mins with only one car in-front of me. Pulled out of line and went to Taco Bell. Ate my lunch and then went back because I had a kid who wanted a burger. I ordered a double quarter pounder and they wanted $15.85. I asked 3 times if the price was right. They finally corrected it. I got the burger and it was cold and tasted like it was from 3 days prior. Both my son and I threw them out. We'll never go back!"
"I checked the hours online ahead of time and then drove here. I arrived 45 minutes before the closing time I had found. No answer at the drive-through or on the phone when I called. I did observe two people inside, seemingly employees. I can't be sure that the hours I found online were not wrong. Maybe there was some emergency that caused them to close early. But all I can say is what happened. I was disappointed for sure."
