"I ordered a mobile order, and I guess because we couldn't protest in person, the restaurant thought it would be funny to send every single thing incorrectly. Large coke? Haha, it's a Dr. Pepper. Mac n Cheese? Enjoy your mashed potatoes, idiots. Regular biscuits? Enjoy your strawberry monstrosities, morons. Look, I can take a joke, but bro. I paid for this stuff. And the phone number is disconnected, so we can't even laugh about it together. For shame popeyes, you've always been an upstanding institution."
"This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever experienced. They deliberately mess up orders placed for delivery. If you order thighs and legs, you only get breasts and maybe a wing. If you order four pieces of chicken, you only won’t get four pieces. If you order a large side, you’ll only get a small one. If you call the restaurant, they refuse to pick up the phone. I thought it was an honest mistake the first time it happened. Now I know it’s deliberate especially because the receipt specifies exactly what I ordered. This is very disappointing."
