"As vegans, we both ordered Impossible Whoppers, no cheese. Only 1/4 was right. The larger percentage all had cheese on them and we had to go in and have them remade. Supposedly, they let you keep the erroneous item, but this location needed to dispose of the originals....? Super wasteful, we were gonna give it to a homeless person or something... alas. They didn't make the order alterations right the first time. Threw out the wrong items, super wasteful."
"Been to BK all over the world, never had soggier nuggets or mozzarella sticks. They were grossly floppy and soaked with oil. Guessing fryer wasn't up to temp, hard to mess up otherwise. 2nd time trying this location, neither visit was satisfactory."
"I stopped in for breakfast and there were only 3 other people in there who already ordered. It took almost 15 minutes to have someone take my order. But don't let that reflect on the workers. They were really understaffed. That's a management problem. To make up for the wait, the young lady gave me my food for free. She was also very apologetic."
"The young lady at the counter was attentive and accommodating (she was really busy since she was the only person taking and serving orders). Then the late person arrives. Screaming and yelling at her boss. Swearing and acting trashy. She was late, was confronted on it and took it out on her boss. The lack of respect for her, boss, coworker, customers and even herself is beyond disgusting."
"One time I broke up with a girl and she wouldn't get out of my car and kept crying. So I bought her some burger king and she was all better and went home. She texted me 2 years later saying she was pregnant with my child, I told her that was impossible since I had not seen her in 2 years. She insisted it was and somehow got her entire family involved in this ordeal. Then her younger sister broke her legs playing in a ravine. Turns out it was not my kid. Anyways, Burger King."
