"Very slow even with 4 people in line. One guy had AirPods in while working and had customers repeat because he was listening to whatever he had on. Unsanitary conditions include: not changing out gloves, not changing gloves from going to meat back to vegetables, not once was there handwashing, and long hair was not put back or covered. Go to the Moe’s on Jefferson where the service is much better and faster."
"Be very careful eating here. There are bugs in the food and all over the store. Half of the workers are unsanitary and violates so many health codes. And the meat is always out dated so if your stomach aches after eating moes know they are not a place of comfort and not a sanitary environment for food."
"I'm usually here once a week ordering food. There foods usually good. There problem is they open at 10 but cuz they wanna run late and it's the customer fault and are disrespectful towards them. And then the one worker goes get McDonald's food comes back and put food on her sandwich. They open at 10. Sign in window and Internet says 10 but almost 11. 10:50 to be exact and still not open cuz there behind. Use to love this place but starting to hate it"
"Stood there waiting for service for about 15 minutes while no one else was in the place and they were just finishing an order when we walked in. There were two people there that looked like sisters and they couldn't seem to care less if we were waiting or not. We finally left without being served and went down the street to Bunga Burger Bar where the service was 100% better than Moe's. In recent years that place seems to have gone way down hill."
"I ordered the nachos with beef, corn salsa, black olives & queso. There was no black olives or queso. It was horrible. I tried to call & speak to a manager, but an associate said they we're busy. Obviously not doing their jobs. I order from the location on Jefferson Rd all the time with no issue. I will definitely never order from this location again."
