"We spent a wonderful night at the Beechwood Inn. Eli and Marlon are fantastic hosts. They have put a lot of thought and effort into renovating the Inn while maintaining it's historic feel. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace before going to bed in the very comfortable bed. We also really enjoyed drinks with Eli, Marlon and other guests at 5:30 pm. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious. We can't wait to come back!"
"This B&B was a lovely retreat for us. Marlon and Eli welcomed us and our additional guests just like we were family. The Inn is brilliantly decorated, cozy and relaxing. "We had a wonderful stay at Beechwood Inn for our 35th Anniversary. Marlon & Eli are such wonderful hosts and their dog, Host, was great entertainment while we were there. They worked hard to accommodate our allergy issues and made us wonderful breakfasts each day. The Wine30 at 5:30 each day was a fun way to get to know them and the other guests.Everywhere we went in Clayton, people know Marlon, Eli & Host. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back."
"This is our second time staying at the Beechwood Inn for our wedding anniversary. We love this place and Eli and Marlon always make us feel like family! They constantly go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, happy and enjoying yourself! They are the best hosts! We always look forward to the breakfast and wine hour! Eli’s culinary skills bring in both hers and Marlon’s Latin background and family recipes to the food she makes for breakfast. The presentation is awesome and the food phenomenal!!! Wine hour is a special time to unwind, relax and get to know our hosts and other guests staying in the Inn. The location is great! You have 5 minutes away the charming town of Clarkesville with plenty of shopping and restaurants to eat. You are also close to NC, SC and Tenn. for day trips. There are plenty of areas to hike, wineries to visit and mountains to see! You can’t go wrong staying here!"
"Eli and Marlon have the most beautiful Bed & Breakfast we have ever stayed at. Wine at 5 and breakfast was delicious! Inside was immaculate and so comfy. Some of Marlon's authentic family recipes were served. My husband and I will make sure to stay there again but for longer! Thank you Tony & Niki"
