Quality Inn & Suites Mt. Chalet

"Wasn't a planned stop, but sooo glad we did. Got in at 1am(staff was friendly and prompt even at that hour!). Room was large and spacious ( 2 queens, tv, microwave, etc) with amazing water pressure, beds are super comfortable (my wife would have given more stars if possible!) . Breakfast between 6-9am (mini Belgian waffles, bagels, cereal, Danishes, toast, juice, coffee, yogurts) we sampled all of it and, again, wonderful! Staff was friendly and polite. All in all, it was the perfect stop for these weary travelers!!!! (2 adults, 2 teenagers)"

"(Dec 2023) Very close to restaurants and shopping. Very clean, nice upgrades to rooms, comfy bed, GREAT pillows, friendly staff, easy access, and ok for a Continental breakfast. Highly recommend. Wish they wouldn’t start closing out breakfast before 9:00 am though. Couch in room should be replaced as we had to sit on pillows to keep from sinking to the floor. Will definitely return when we are in the area again visiting family."

"I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel like it's necessary. The workers were so sweet and helpful, but the room was pretty bad. The mini freezer had mold, the ceiling in the bathroom had mold, there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheets, and the couch was FAR from nice and had many stains. I don't see anywhere to post pictures, but I will add them once I figure it out. $165 is just FAR too much for a room of this quality - especially for just one night. Also, the information book stated that the breakfast would be served from 7am-10am on Saturday and Sunday, but when I got there around 9:15 on Sunday, they were putting it away. It seemed not such great quality though. Overall, not a good experience."

"For our last night in Clayton, Georgia we stayed here. Check-in was fast and the gentleman at the desk was very respectful . The rooms were perfectly cleaned and dusted. The bathroom was spotless. The carpets looked new or shampooed. The beds were firm but absolutely cosy and all the bedding was in great shape and very crispy clean. The room smelled very fresh. The breakfast included a waffle machine, waffles, cereals, bagels, fruit, coffee, juices, etc. All of the pastry and bread items were individually wrapped. We thought that was pretty sweet… considering we are coming into the flu season. This hotel is an wonderful option since Clayton does not have many places to stay. If you want simple, layback, and a very clean accommodations while visiting Clayton… We strongly recommend this Quality Inn. Next time we will be staying here for the entire duration of visiting Clayton, Georgia."
