"After a day of hiking (Angel Falls, Minnehaha Falls are a 20-30 min drive from the hotel) the hotel staff welcomed me back and the shower was amazing - great pressure, plenty of hot water, fluffy towels. There's a filtered water dispenser on the third floor to fill water bottles for your excursions. The coffee bar in the lobby fueled me up for the day, with coffee, espresso, and juices. The lobby is a bright place to pull out your map and make a plan. And, the staff will help you with ideas, too. Walk to dinner at Fortify or Fortify Pi or Hush. The hotel restaurant opens this summer, and I can't wait to return and check it out. I recommend Bridge Creek Hotel 100%!"

"Stayed at Bridge Creek Inn, 2 nights for a wedding at the Waterfall Club. Traveled from Florida. Staff are super friendly and accommodating, especially, Lizzy. Coffee bar staff made a cup of decaf for me. Next morning she’d made a pot!!! I drank at at least 4 cups! How nice of her to remember or think of that the next day. Way to be attentive and remember guests!!! Guest Room Attendants are very personable and very honest!!! I left a sentimental piece of jewelry in my room after check out and after leaving Clayton. I called back that night. To my pleasant surprise, next day, it was turned in by guest room staff. I was devastated at the thought of never seeing it again, figuring it could have been vacuumed up. Room was extremely clean, well appointed and very, very comfortable beds. Cooler in room is a huge plus for drinks. Design of room is well thought out. Only minor after thought might be to place the mirror near an outlet for one’s use when the bathroom is in use. TV reception was hit and miss a bit, but may be beyond hotels control. Will be extremely nice when restaurant opens!! Would definitely stay again and for sure recommend!!!!! Update: Received my necklace today, via UPS, that I accidentally left in the room after checkout. I am so appreciative of the follow up and assistance provided by Staff, to ensure successful shipping and my receipt. Thank you!!!!"

"Great stay in downtown Clayton. We live here but wanted to have a little "mini" vacation for New Year's Eve so we could have dinner downtown, drink without driving, and hang out with some friends within walking distance. It was a great visit and would love to come back regularly and will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Downstairs lobby was great with the fire place in the winter. Staff were on point."
