"Do not eat here....The employees are rude and called me an a-hole...when I told him I needed his name to call corporate office....he again called me an a-hole in front of my young children....I was shocked based on other reviews to see I was not the only one who experienced this service...I have never in all my life experienced such customer service...will definitely not eat here again"
"Had an African American working one day. I went to order my mom a sub and he put the wrong cheese on it multiple times and had me pay first. When my mom went up to the counter to ask for a refund he threw the sandwich in the garbage and told her to F off and started calling her B- and telling her to F off. We asked for a refund and he refused to give it back. The owner contacted us today and told us the same exact thing that we weren’t getting our money back. NEVER EAT HERE ITS A JOKE!!"
"This place is located in a crowded mall food court which is one of the downsides and the young people are more preoccupied with their phones and open discussions of their life events in front of the customers rather than a courteous service to the customer. The cashier was talking to the one of the young men behind the counter with her about her upcoming weekend plans while slumped over the counter by the cash register looking like she was about to take a nap."
"I doubt anyone that owns this store is going to see this. I ordered 3 subs from the app from this location. They made one incorrectly. Drove back to find out the location closed early. I was told to come back the next day to have it remade or to get my money back from the app. The customer service when I talked to the workers was horrible. So let’s see if this gets seen or if the owners are just as bad as the workers in customer service."
"Only if I can give them a -5. The one that claimed to be the manager the one with the bruised face. He started swearing just because we were waiting to see what we wanted to order. He through the sub in the garbage and told us “Goodbye” and he was not serving us. You guys should immediately get him fired. Other people in the line said he’s always rude like that. He don’t deserve a job."
