"This is the worse McDonalds. Staff so unprofessional, rap music playing loudly, talking to each other instead of to customer. My husband was there yesterday, staff member asked him if he liked the music, sarcastically. He ordered a nuggets happy meal. When he opened it was 2 plain, dried burgers in box, no bun, nothing just 2 burgers, no nuggets. He had ordered chocolate milk and had to ask again, no straw. He asked for manager and was informed, no manager. He was there around 3:55 pm. He called back and this time spoke to a manager who said nothing they could do because she wasnt there at the time, which was 15 minutes prior. He then called corporate office and is waiting call. Most of summer milkshake machine was broken."
"This location used to have the best speed and service but has declined harshly in the past couple of years. There seems to be no sense of service or urgency or common friendliness with the employees. Time to go elsewhere."
"Fish was hard and cold. Probably had been sitting. Told them so salt on fries, but they did. A dab of tartar sauce on fish. I went thru the drive thru, which I normally do not. If I go back, I will speak to management."
"What is with this place, everyday they are out of something, especially the Breakfast Burrito! WTH do your prep people do? Secondly how does one get charged for 2 drinks when one was ordered. Pull up to the window, hand me my sandwich and then ask me I'd I had anything else, I say yes a large diet coke and they try to hand me 2. Which explains why the price was higher than it should have been!"
"I ordered a #4 add cheese and a second biscuit. What I got was a biscuit with egg only. Didn't even get what I paid for and even the extra it cost for the cheese. This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. When I called to report this the phone rang and then connected to dead silence and.l no one would answer. I hung up and called back to a busy signal for more than 10 minutes. I just gave up."
