"Canaltown has been roasting coffee in the same location for 31 years, and they've learned a lot of things over this period, so when they have a blend called "Rochester's Choice", you know it's based on experience. Currently, my wife and I have been enjoying the organic Peruvian and making our own Rochester's choice by mixing half regular roast and half French roast, so good I included a picture."
"Absolutely best coffee and cappuccino in town! I always buy Canaltown's dark roast to make my own espresso at home. I am Italian and I care a lot about coffee, it's an important ritual for me and I feel that at Canaltown they feel the same. My mum came to Rochester twice and she always want to go there for a cappuccino. I highly recommend it."
