"Coffee is never good or made correctly. I even told them when I saw them grab the cold cup and I ordered a hot latte and they still made it iced and it's basically a cup of milk."
"Awful all around, staff spent most of the time standing around. Drinks were off, either wayyy too sweet or way too bitter. Would talk about customers essentially in front of them, complaining about making a cappuccino in front of the customer who ordered it. One employee gave up and handed it off to another employee. Mess all around and not worth it if you're looking for decent Starbucks unless they retrain their staff."
"This is the 3rd time I have had a mobile pick up order and have gotten the wrong drink. I paid extra for the cold foam and did not get it. Why charge extra for something if you aren't even going to give it to me? Very frustrated."
"The two gentlemen working 11/12/21 (Josh and someone that I didn’t catch a name) were EXCELLENT. Josh helped me pick a great drink and the other gentlemen made it so yummy! That’s for being so nice to someone who doesn’t usually drink coffee."
"Customer service could use improvement! When I asked about a drink I was looking for they were rude and clearly not trying to help me get what I want. By the time I got to the car to give my Husband the drink as a surprise Birthday gift. We both come realize it was completely the wrong drink and tasted horrible!!! I would have gone in and complained however we had to get to work!"
