Dunkin'

"I have been getting my breakfast and coffee from here occasionally for ~2 years now as I work nearby. I always place a mobile order for pickup. I used to visit more frequently, but between the rise in price and decrease in quality/service it just doesn't make sense. The offers on the app have become worthless, and quite often the items on the app are not available in the store - not that it bothers to tell you this. Regarding this particular store, it used to be decent. Only once in a while would there be an issue. Now the last 3-4 times I've gone they have forgotten an item in the order - it's right on the ticket! I make a mobile order so I can quickly stop in, pick it up and get to work. Having to check the bag and get someone's attention every time that something is missing just defeats the purpose. And then I have to contact customer support to get the money back, because if I didn't I'd be out $50 by now. It's a hassle that just isn't worth dealing with anymore."

"In the nicest way possible, it's a chain coffee shop. It's fine, just like the other Dunkin' Donuts in the area. I've never had a bad experience here."

"I purchase dunking every morning for the past 3 weeks because I started a new job and this is the location of choice I’ve never ever had any prior issues until today when I came in sinking it was busy staff seemed stressed due to the high traffic and guest the manager cashed me out I ordered two donuts she put them in a bag I kindly asked for a box for my two donuts , I realized that I spent 14$ and I did not use my app as I do everyday I then asked the manger when she handed me my drink how do I get my points I also wanted to use the free donut app she rudely said I can just give you a free donut I said I don’t care for the free donut I would rather have my points is there a way , she with an attitude said she would have to refund the whole thing and do it over I said okay we can do that I started walking towards the cash out register she loudly yelled at me said to leave the restaurant claiming in rude everyday which is not true because I’ve never had any problems there other than asking for boxes when I order more than one donut . I left because I was screamed at and told I was not allowed back there I was told to leave without being given my full order I left and called asked for corporates number the manger said I can Google it and I asked for a refund for my food that was not given I was crying in tears she refused she said no refund I then called another Dunkin at another Henrietta location and she helped me refunded my money made my sandwich that was not given and the manger gave me a hug at the new location ! I will never go to 2143 Brighton Henrietta town line road Dunkin ever again something needs to be done about the manager screaming shouting yelling scaring and refusing refunds I will be escalating this with her district manager I was given her info and will be handling this ."

"My first visit to this location. I usually go to the Jefferson rd. location but they are temporarily closed. Wish I hadn’t ordered ahead. It was filthy inside! To say they weren’t very busy, there really was no reason for the dining area and women’s bathroom to be dirty. I mean trash all over the place and not a clean table in sight. The cashier was nice enough. My cold brew was good but my donut was wet and old! Gross! My first and last time!"
