"They currently have a mouse problem I saw a dead mouse laying on the ground outside I saw it from the inside window i almost barfed I got the attention of a manager she didn’t make much of it so then I called the health department on them the same day and they heath inspector sed he will be coming to take a look in the next two days the location is in irondequoit on kings highway and east ridge road I’m advising people not to eat here until it’s been taken care of"

"What happened to the cheeseburgers, double cheeseburgers, etc? They have a terrible taste! Something is different, and it's not good! The fries also seem stale and tasteless. This is after 3 visits in the past month or so. Did anyone have the same experience?"

"This was usually my go to McDonald's as it's close to my job and an easy stop for the family when we don't want to cook dinner. Over time it's gone down hill. Went from minimal mistakes on my orders to mistakes on close to half my orders. Not talking small mistakes like missing straws or sauces. I've had cheeseburgers missing the burger, one of the last visits I was missing 4 whole cheeseburgers. The managers have handled the complaints and mistakes well so that's a plus. I understand mistakes happen as i work in food service as well but it seems to be too frequent here lately"

"This place is a hit or miss, it's like taking a gamble at a lottery machine every time you order, because you never know if you got a place full of workers who take their job seriously, or workers who are just there to clock in and clock out. Sometimes I'll get my normal order, and it'll all be amazing, but other times I'm utterly disgusted by what I paid for. Sometimes the nuggets aren't cooked properly, I've gotten sick off their nuggets twice now. Sometimes they completely forget to put salt on a batch of fries, and other times they completely mess up which drink you ordered, every time I've asked for a correction on my order I've been met with angry faces and resentment to correct the mistake. Today I got my normal order, and the nuggets were so undercooked that they were flexible like rubber, they forgot my sauce, and they gave me the incorrect drink type, I genuinely enjoyed going to this place before, but now it feels like it's on a slow decline."

"This is actually a really nice looking McDonald’s. Service was great and quick food was hot and fresh as usual. Of course though it’s a McDonald’s and you get what you get when you’re at McDonald’s I don’t expect anything too great. The quarter pounder’s are by far the best burger they have available."
