"There at lunch rush and service was great. Always good food and selection. Still very pricey, one thing you always count on when you go to Panera."

"The cashier Lisa needs to change her job or get customer service training She makes my visits to this place so unpleasant. The food is good and is nearby. But her attitude is a hassle to deal with. I don’t want to be mean but I wish she didn’t work there :("

"The woman who was working at this location tonight basically glared at my husband and I the entire time we ordered, maybe because we asked for decaf coffee and they didn't have any? Not sure but she was super friendly to the customer ahead of us but when it came to us she didn't smile, frowned the entire time and hardly would even look up at us. So bizarre and unwelcoming. Also, why do you stop serving decaf coffee after 2 PM when that's exactly the time people will want decaf? We didn't even complain about that and were very nice even though she was frowning at us like we were delinquents of some kind."

"Terrible service, what is the point of a order screen over to the side if you still need to stand in line and wait until everyone else is served in order to get your coffee? I went to the bathroom and still waited 5 minutes before I could get my coffee that I should have been able to walk in and get on my own. When I go to the others I pay for it on the touch screen walk over and help myself and go. Lisa behind a counter insisted I dare not do so. She also served several customers that came after me before she served me. I know that it was an act of defiance and spite and that is very very lousy, if that's the best you can do I would certainly suggest just closing your doors."

"I wish that I didn’t have to give any stars whatsoever. My experience today was very disheartening. I had gone in to order lunch, and had seen discriminatory acts against young children waiting in line to order. The said manager of this branch had pulled a group of boys aside (in front of everyone, was raising her voice as well) and said that they were unable to eat there due to the fact that they were not 16 or above. The manager, when explaining to me why they could not eat at this establishment due to their age, had enlighten me to the recent complaints of young children being disruptive. This group of boys was not being disruptive nor interfering with any other customers experience. When I asked if their corporate office was aware of this said agreement of turning young children away, she had replied “yes and the district manger.” As the boys had left, a group of young girls had came in to use the kiosk as the managers explain to me what is going on. She was not going to tell those little girls that they were unable to eat their due to them also being under the age of 16. I addressed that and had told her she should do the same to those little girls, if it was an age issue. This is not okay and I’m not even a parent. If I was and this had been a story I heard from my child, who I had thought was getting lunch at an establishment. I would be irate."
