"I had an exceptional experience at Hilton Tru Hotel recently. The staff went above and beyond during a challenging time when we were snowed in. Despite some guests working for three consecutive days, the level of service remained outstanding. The staff ensured everyone had access to meals, demonstrating a remarkable commitment to guest well-being. Not only did the team provide excellent customer service, but the rooms were also impeccably clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness did not go unnoticed. One standout feature for me was the delightful lemon sugar soap provided in the rooms. It added a refreshing touch to the overall experience, and I appreciated the small yet thoughtful details that enhanced my stay. In summary, I highly recommend Hilton Tru Hotel for its excellent customer service, pristine rooms, and the thoughtful amenities like the delightful lemon sugar soap. "Excellent experience. Very clean. Nice staff, helpful. Airport shuttle runs on demand, Stanley the driver is a gem, very accommodating, saves time and airport parking fees. Delicious breakfast with make your own pancakes, vegetarian options and even gluten free bagels! Best scrambled eggs ever, quality juices, cereals, soy milk, oatmeal. Comfortable lobby with lots of different seating areas, snacks for sale, free tea and coffee. Full size shampoo, soap, lotion, conditioner. Could not figure out the TV, but not important to me. Good size clean room. No closet or drawers, but lots of hooks for hanging clothes (less likely to forget stuff). AC and mini fridge were whisper quiet. Well-insulated from street noise. Exterior looks like a primary school, but who cares? Would gladly stay here again for those early-morning flights."

"The service at this place is second to none. CHRIS took great care of us. We had car trouble and became stranded. This hotel was recommended, so we took the tow truck drivers advice, and honestly, it was the best hotel experience I've ever had because of the service.. The lounge is very inviting and well furnished. Thanks to all who made our stay from a bad situation into a memorable one. Including being taken to the shop where our car was repaired... You guys were our Heroes!! Keith Self"

"Stayed here last time when it was first built and it was great! This time my 11 year old son walked out of the bathroom after taking a shower holding a used feminine douche and said “what’s this”. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned. I brought it to the attention of the receptionist and she laughed and said “oh sorry, have a good day” upon checkout. Do not recommend staying at this particular Hilton."

"I stayed here because it was close to the airport. Shuttle service was great. Called them when I got my bags and they were there in 10-15 minutes. Got a shuttle back to airport to get my rental car the next morning. Didn't realize the rooms didn't have a microwave, just a frig. Also only a shower, no tub. The room darkening shade won't not go down but I was only staying one night so I didn't change rooms for it. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and breakfast was great."
