"Not bad but not good. Beds are pretty uncomfortable, woke up extremely sore. No advertisement that they are under renovations when booking a room. The free continental breakfast(choice between bread, cereal, and some frozen sausage egg and cheese sandwich). The room was very clean and bug free but outside of that it’s a pretty disappointing stay for the price you pay with what they state they offer you."

"Where do I start? The shuttle driver, front desk attendant and housekeeping staff were all amazing and accommodating. I truly appreciated how they all were so supportive and understanding when many of us were stranded at TYS and had to book last minute. Will definitely stay at this location again. Date of service: 1/15-1/16"

"The motel is currently undergoing renovation and the lobby area is pretty much closed off except the desk area, so there's no sit down breakfast area but they do offer grab and go items for the time being. Having said that, the room I had was very nice and well appointed ( 2 queen beds, desk, mini fridge and a large tv. The room was newly renovated and very nice and comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area and need a nice room."

"Death in the family, but still charging $500 a night. Charging almost $500 a night because of a football game in town. Corporate greed has gotten out of hand!! we had a death in the family and we were needing to stay in Maryville. I tried to call to get a better rate and they said that they would lose profit if they discounted the rate. I was speechless. We don’t watch football and could care less about football games."

"If you value your sleep and worry about safety, physical and health, then pick another hotel. Yes, this place is being remodeled. I have stayed here before when the remodeling was going on but this time was absolutely horrible. I am not one that gets "freaked out" easily but I was so on edge the entire night I did not rest at all. The first room I was put in had a bloody PAW PATROL bandaid in the bathroom floor! PHOTOS ATTACHED. Please tell me how Kimberly cleaned and missed that nasty bandaid??? Went downstairs and demanded another room bc if Kimberly missed that then did she even really clean the room? The 2nd room I was put in did not have a top lock, which is why I was on edge the whole night."
