Comfort Suites Airport

"Stayed there alot and until recently no issues. There were roaches in the room and the manager refused to discount or give money back. And she acted like I was lying. NO! They only care about collecting money not the guests. I have escalated it to corporate and I will continue to put it out there the horrible way the manager treated me. All the other staff members are great but working for someone like her I dont see that lasting! She is very unprofessional and rude! And then because escalated it we are banned from the property. Not that that bothers me, but what bothers me is that the manager went out of her way to be rude and didn't care about a legitimate issue. Now I've not said her name but if the money we are owed for the other night that was paid for isn't refunded I will put her name on every review site possible and make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else again!"

"Hotel was definitely disappointing. While older it has been poorly maintained and cleaned. The trim around the window is full of mold and mildew, therefore the room stank. The walls are thin as are the mattresses. You can hear your neighbors clearly on both sides, anyone in the hallway and if that isn’t enough to guarantee a lack of sleep the beds will. The gap under the door ensured that light poured into the room at all hours. Towels were threadbare, pool microscopic. Definitely a disappointing stay to be sure."

"The airport website said 24/7 shuttle. Misleading. The curtains didn’t close, stained and gross. The bed wasn’t made properly. My card was charged twice. When I was refunded the money, which took over five days, I ended up losing out on $8 due to the conversion rate changing. Sad that I lost money from your mistake. I tried to go for a run only to discover a broken treadmill. Why leave broken equipment as if it works? Only one room key worked. Breakfast was suitable, pool was a nice temperature. Overall I would not recommend or ever stay again. The hotel is outdated and not clean. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else."

"Hotel is older but clean and nice. Then bed was comfortable and I didn’t have any lumps in the bed from them not turning or replacing the mattress. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There are some items that I found wanting. First the WI-FI connection is HORRIBLE. The TVs are not smart TVs so there is no streaming and because the WI-FI is so bad, you can’t even stream on your laptop or cell phone. The breakfast is gross. It’s pre-cooked frozen omelets that are heated up and the person making them burned them pretty consistently. They did offer a side of turkey sausage links. They served nothing different during my stay. There is no fruit or anything really. It’s all packaged breads, muffins and waffles. Luckily the Starbucks is across the way. Ild come back here if I had to, but next time I’m in town I’ll pay a little more a Night so I can watch tv after working and be served a better breakfast."

"Best hotel I have stayed at in a while! Room was very clean & smelled good. Plenty of towels in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk was very nice. I will be back."
