"Be prepared to have your card charged for something that you didn't authorize for. My card was charged a extra fee for something I didn't even know about until it happened. Then they wanting to charge me for something else also. And lord forbid your fur baby get sick while here and they want to charge you another $200 for dirty sheets. My fur baby was fine when I got here but after staying a couple days she came down sick and threw up in the bed. I was going to take sheets to wash them but they would rather try and charge $200 for them. Doesn't people use bleach anymore ?? I sure do with washing my clothes and my fur babies blankets. But it's up to ea individual where they want to stay and how they want their fur babies to feel at home. Be picky about it. $50 pet deposit wasn't enough for these people, $100 total Plus $82 a night for room. But my fur babies deserve to be treated right like myself."

"Dated rooms with some updated fixtures. Fridge was dirty and bed has disgusting stain that smelled but bathroom was clean. Floor was dirty. My room had an adjoining room but the door has about an inch gab which allows sounds from the room next door in due to tile floor. The TV is from 2009 and internet speeds aren't much better. 3Mbps down is definitely not high-speed internet and is unacceptable in a region that has 5 gigabit speeds for businesses. For the price there are nicer options within the same distance of the airport."

"We were in the area for a funeral, and we're treated with the utmost respect & courtesy! The entire area inside & out was extremely clean, breakfast was nice, room was immaculate and we could not have found a better place. Thank you especially to Lydia (front desk) for her warm & considerate welcome."

"Rooms looked cleaned but smelled musty. Our floor was filthy and had not been mopped in a while. Frame was metal and the mattress kept sliding around. Smelled cat pee and had thrown my jeans on floor. Next day they smelled like cat pee. I don’t have cats. When booking the front desk guy that worked was not real friendly. Breakfast selection would have been great but at 8:45 there was only a few pieces of dried out egg and sausage and stale toast. Breakfast lady was rude and just pushed you out of the way. She had a mini meltdown when a lady asked her if there was more food coming. Breakfast ends at 10. Not worth $250 a night… sad. And I’m a Choice Preferred customer…."
