"Near by everything. Just wasn't anything special. I thought the breakfast could have a little more variety. Was the same thing everyday. Wasn't bad, just got old. Staff was friendly. Pool heater wasn't working which is why we booked this location and water was absolutely freezing for kids. Couldn't stay in for more than five minutes. When brought to the attention of staff, they said they are aware it's broken and not sure when it was getting fixed. Very cheap mattresses that were very uncomfortable."

"Pool was out of order, room had unpleasant odor of some sort, hard to ignore. Tried different rooms, but still the same. Bed was clean and comfortable. Lighting is poor quality, white and harsh but not enough of it either. Overall it's a budget experience, but tolerable for an overnight. Close to the airport and convenient, shuttle bus convenient. Power outlets next to beds a positive. If it were cleaner and smelled better would be a nice place."

"The place needs cleaning. The hallway had dirt and food particles on it the entire 4 nights we were there, which means it was not vacuumed. The elevator had dirt piled in the corners. Lastly, I was charged a $25.00 fee for early checkout. I had originally scheduled 5 nights but had to change it to 4 nights. I told the front desk person 2 days prior to checkout that I had to leave a day earlier than planned. They said nothing about an early checkout fee. When I called the manager she said that I was given a discount for a 5 night stay, which is not true. The rate is different each day and I paid the published rate. The manager said she would remove the EXTRA fee but I would be charged more for each night I stayed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will never stay there again and may not stay at Best Western again."

"Good hotel! This was a last minute stop during vacation and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was limited but the omelettes were amazing! Clean rooms. Beds could have been a little more comfy, but great for the price. Overall great stay."

"The staff was the best part of the hotel, friendly and kind however the cleanliness was sub par at best. The cleaning done in bathrooms, rooms, hallway, pool and elevator all seemed to be bare minimum. Breakfast was fine, beds were fine. This place could be so much nicer if there was a little more effort on keeping the place clean!"
