"Visited during what seemed to be not busy hours. There were maybe 3-4 other customers in the store. Selection of clothing was great and store floor cleanliness was as well. The reason for my 3 star review is because of the lack of customer service. I was walking around the store with a heavy armfull of clothing and three store associates at separate times walked past me and not one asked if they could start me a fitting room. Nor did they greet me/welcome me to the store. Not sure how the factory store operates but the regular J. Crew isn’t like this. Customers shouldn’t have to face lesser quality service just because it’s the factory outlet. I probably won’t be returning. The carpet in the fitting room was pretty dirty too."
