"I was shopping with my sister today, looking for a white dress. After hours of looking I found a beautiful white dress but it was a store return. Someone had worn it. I looked for another one and it was the only one left. So I asked the young men that rung up my merchandise if he can ask the manager to take a percentage off the dress so I can wash it. He went to the back and came back and told us that she said no. I asked if I can speak to her. When she finally came out, she had such a nasty attitude. I explained to her that I've been looking for hours for a white dress and I finally found one that I really liked and if she can please take just a few dollars off, by the way I had already spent $110. She tells me that I will have to try another store, that her name was Bernice and if that was it ? The answer was no. She told me that the dress had to go back to the warehouse and could not be sold. I shop at K&G a lot and never had a problem to bring my sister that was visiting from out of state and to be talked to disrespectful like this young lady did was very unacceptable This was the store in Carl Place."
