DXL Big + Tall

"If I could give it less I would give it less. I came in looking for a pair of jeans or black pair of slacks. In jeans my size 46x36 there one pair! In the whole store that might have fit me. It appears that this whole store does not know the definition of tall man. And everything has to have a designer name to it which is totally ridiculous I would think most men don't care about that"

"Anthony is the best salesman I’ve ever met at DXL. In fact, the manner in which he listens to the customer and makes recommendations exceeds expectations. Anthony deserves a five star rating. I am however alarmed by the Store Manager’s negative and offensive manner to me. He tried to take over the sale without asking questions and would not listen. In fact, he accused me of buying the jacket I bought in to match sizing was purchased from JC Penny and it wasn’t…it was a gift from the designer. He has a very nasty and offensive and antagonistic approach to customer service."

"A lot of 3xl sized items were out of stock.....Also clothing on hangers were not the same size on the hanger tag. For Example the hanger tab would say 3XL and the item was a different size 4xl or 5xl ect ect .....Customer service was nice and professional......But to be honest when I left this particular store (Carle Place ) I got the impression that the store is closing down ."
