"As a truck driver bad experience bad to deliver here, no respect. 30 min to get someones attention , while you knock and ring on the door, you hear somone inside by the door but they choose to ignore. then if you back in to a door they take 2 hours to unload all while never seeing you face to face and not even close trailer roll door once finished."
"I am so disappointed with this location, specifically with a cashier named Claudia. I’ll try to shorten it as much as I can. So I’m waiting in line and unloading all of my stuff, while this cashier was talking to another guy and ringing him up. Once he left, she then apologized and said to move over to 13 because this cashier is not working. She didn’t help me take my stuff or anything. I get to cashier 13 and she already is helping someone else, instead of waiting for me. I didn’t really think anything of it. I get home and I was wondering why my groceries were so much money this time. I was reviewing the receipt, and I noticed that I was charged for pomegranates, which I never buy. She must have mistaken it for three small red potatoes I brought. So I come back and I saw Claudia. I told her what happened. I’m not sure if she remembered me or not. But I explained that I was there before and then she charged me for pomegranates when I didn’t get pomegranates. I was very nice about it. Then she basically just laughed in my face and told me that I have to go to customer service. I would’ve never given her a bad review if she didn’t laugh in my face. That was just a slap in the face and just very disrespectful. To top it off when I went to customer service they only refunded me five dollars when they charged me 11.97 for the red potatoes. I’m pretty sure three small red potatoes don’t cost $6.97."
"This is the best location to get steamed seafood at. From the service to the way they pack it, it’s great. The lobster are fresh and you get to pick the ones you want. The crab leg clusters are also fresh and made to order. You can get the just steamed or seasoned with old bay. 10/10"
"It was our first visit to Stop & Shop and the overall experience wasn’t too good. The decor was wide-spaced, clean and bright. The veggies and fruit looked fresh and in good quality. We would like to try the pastries from the bakery but the condition wasn’t the best. There is a great variety of product line-up but some empty shelves. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of stock maintenance and customer service."
