Actually didn’t make a purchase because she kept commenting on how I should get a bigger size. Very disappointing. I was going to buy but she made me not want to. Hire friendlier staff."

"I just got a new pair of my now favorite shoes. It was my first time going to the store myself as my first pair was a gift. Mark the manager assisted me. I was surprised. They actually scan your feet he examined my old shoes to really make sure I was getting what I needed. I have bad plantar fasciitis and new balance shoes were the first shoe I tried that made any improvement including prescription orthotics. I'll be a customer for life. My feet have little to no pain. I'm rough on my shoes so I'll need a new pair every 6 or so months buy that's just the price I have to pay. All that aside they provide excellent service here."
