"I was so disappointed I drove 40 minutes to come here and I brought two large bags. The girls working were very nice, but they barely took any of my clothes I got four dollars. Some of them were new with tags, sports bras, Nike Adidas, on brand items, and I even went back and collected items they were looking for and one I was looking around with my friend we saw that they were selling SHEIN items for six dollars and they had stains on them. A lot of the clothes had staining on them and all of mine were fairly new, and had no staining. I was so disappointed With the outcome."

"brought 3 bags of clothes to sell all organized and neatly folded and they only took 4 items. the clothes were zara h&m and urban outfitters and they did not take anything. cashier was rude as well. just a terrible store"

"Would rate this location lower if I could. Workers were rude and made me wait over an hour just not to buy anything. It looked like they did not even go through my bag!!! Everything was folded like I had it before. And I had items that they wanted as well. They told me they wanted jeans which I had and then did not buy them. Horrible experience. Have been to other Plato locations and have always walked out a happy customer."

"The new owner has really turned things around. The place was recently renovated/updated. It was easy to navigate and find items that I liked. They had a great selection too. I was surprised. I've never been a Plato's closet guy, but now I'm definitely coming back. Great value overall. Props to the new ownership."
