"I like it! This is my very first time going there and I had a wonderful experience,I enjoy playing games,watching TV the chicken tenders and fries I had were very good and delicious and it was marvelous. It's like a package when you get to do everything like eat,drink,play and watch your favorite sports on TV and getting together with friends which I did,the place is fantastic."
"I took my girlfriend here and we went to eat and play. We had fun at the games but the people at the front desk were not friendly. They were snippy and did not want to help us. They were upset we didn’t tip them off our receipt, they complained when we walked away. Then we went to eat, bad decision. First, our server eric was extremely rude. He tried to tell us that we should order a lot of food. The food options were more than we were expecting. We ordered appetizers and they were okay, Nachos were good so were the pretzel sticks. Then he kept coming over to get us to order entrees. We ordered and the food took forever even though we didn’t order much we ordered a salad and chicken strips. Then it came to him bothering us like 8 times to get us to pay and i heard him talking crap about how his tables don’t tip him so, when the time came for us to pay we tipped $5 cash because he talked bad about customers and he was very rushing and rude. Then we asked for water refills to go and he said to our face “you guys did not tip me enough to have me get you water, please leave.” Soo we will not be coming back. He should be fired. And the manager Alexa was very very rude"
"What can I say it was my first time here and as a gamer Dad this place is off the hook! But my biggest surprise is the food!! it was a delicious I had the Beastmode burger and picture will speak for itself my wife had the voodoo pasta and she was thrilled and amazed as well *(and she's the biggest critic on food!!) Kids had burgers and butter pasta they were pleased as well and we had an amazing waitress with beautiful butterfly pins that my daughters love and she was absolutely phenomenal, very timely and amazing"
"My 5 year old grandson was overwhelmed with the choices and atmosphere. He really enjoyed himself. Food was very good and much to choose from. Biggest pretzel I ever seen. Didn't get a chance to play anything myself as my grandson was on the move picking his next game. Will be going back again."
