"Thank you to the lady with the glasses on short hair an employee that said I was welcome to sit there well I was waiting for a tow truck for my vehicle. I didn’t get her name but I appreciate how nice she was she was an older lady and very kind. I also ate well I was waiting and ordered a shake great food and the shake was delicious! Customer service is amazing!"
"I have frequently had requested sauces missing partially or completely in my order. They have never offered replacements or mentioned sauces were unavailable in the app. I would appreciate if the staff could at least warn you if they are out, giving you an opportunity to purchase one of the bottles but they do not. I would not recommend here for a quick stop either since the lines are crazy long with a disappointing payoff."
"I’m assuming every Chick-fil-A in America has long lines. Why is that? Great food is a given. It’s more than that though. If there is one chain restaurant that always has kind, friendly staff it’s CFA. This one in Henrietta is absolutely incredible that way. From the manager to every staff member, the people are wonderful. Another impressive quality is that the entire facility is always very clean."
"First time here. 20 cars in drive thru, waited less then 10 minutes for food. Food was really good and price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend."
"Super busy with a bus load of tourists and regular dinner rush but Tommy the cashier was friendly and efficient. Food was ready quickly and it was unexpectedly smooth."
