Smashburger

"I use to work here so trust me this restaurant is not ok I only stayed for two weeks the food is not dated.they cook the black bean burgers on the same grill they cook the beef and the bacon on lol I can not make this up I done seen them cook the black bean in bacon grease and the bacon sits out all night and is pre cooked it’s gnats and flys the place don’t get clean right and the workers is loud and annoying the place is nasty the general manager roll up weed in the back and his baby mama work there so he always there even on his day off he’ll come up there and make food but tell everybody else no free food they allow there friends to come in the back they trade food with naan tastic"

"The food is roughly McDonald's quality. There's clearly not a lot of care put into the freshness or quality of the food you're getting. It seems there's more attention put towards marketing. The real problem though is the quality control. I had tomatoes in my classic smashburger that were half greenish white and tasted bitter. Clearly bad and should not have been served. See picture. Would not recommend."

"I loved this place. Staff is helpful and the food is delicious. We had the Colorado and the Classic Smash burgers. The fries have a unique flavor. For beverages we had the dragon fruit and cardamom mandarin agua fresca. First time here and definitely coming back!"

"Placed order for pick-up. SB website allowed me to put orders in a basket, but no way to place the order & pay. Had to use Seamless. Annoying, but ok. I'm a 25 minute drive from the nearest SB. Ordering system said "ASAP (25-30 minutes)" .. perfect, I thought. Two burgers, one Crispy chicken, three fries, and one milkshake. Totalled to $70 before tax. With SB's reputation.. ok, yeah, that's a lot but figured it'd be worth it. It wasn't. The burgers were ludicrously small. The size of the fries was pathetic. Two of the fries were supposed to be smashfries, but were just regular fries - no seasoning at all. Not sure they even had salt on them. The receipts printed the correct order & info. They were inexplicably labeled with "grubhub". Worse, I opened nothing, to keep the order warm. Everything was cold. I made no stops and got back home in under the 25 minutes it took me to get there. Never. Going. Back. I could have spent less money and gotten a MUCH better burger & fries at a local restaurant. The entire $70 order is on those three plates and the milkshake. The plates are 10 3/4" diameter. Those are supposed to be smashfries. Your call on the value."
